14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Free Returns

We cover the cost of return shipping on all approved returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a return shipping address and any further instructions.
  4. Once we confirm receipt and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
